Our history
The idea for Senior Blades began in 1981. The club was established with the involvement of then chairman Reg Brealey and club secretary Dick Chester, supported by Derek Dooley and George McCabe.
Membership
The club's published joining age is 55+. Please contact us for current membership details.
Meetings and activities
The existing club information describes:
- A monthly lunch meeting on the second Tuesday, starting at 12.30 pm in the Pavilion Suite, with a speaker or entertainment later in the afternoon.
- Summer day trips, with details shared through club communications.
- A Christmas dinner in December.
